 Police Station Cyber Crime Chandigarh has successfully cracked the Case FIR No. 107, dated 27.10.2024 U/S 319(2), 318 (4), 338, 336 (3), 340 (2), 61 (2), BNS 2023, of PS- Cyber Crime, Chandigarh, which was registered on the complaint of Pooja Verma D/o Ram Avadh Verma R/o Jhuggi No. 183/3, Industrial Area, Phase-1, UT Chandigarh. She reported that on 17.08.2024 she received calls from 8199948429 and 9528477629 and asked about that your father Ram Avadh Sharma given your mobile number for talk to you. He further said that he have to given Rs 13,000/- to her father, but scanner not cleared and he wants to pay the same amount in her account and he sent two text messages to complainant of Rs 10,000/- and 30,000/-. He called again to complainant and asked that due to mistake he sent Rs 30,000/- in her account. So, please she return Rs 27,000/- to him and he have to go hospital. On this complainant transferred Rs 27,000/- in account number 924010028431497 (Axis Bank), which was provided by alleged. Thus the complainant duped her Rs 27,000/-, she never received any money in her account.

  During the course of investigation, raids were conducted at Haryana, Punjab & Rajasthan States and following 07 nos accused have been arrested, who are involved in the above said fraud and mobile phone, Pan Cards, Aadhar Cards and a passport of accused and some SIM Cards and some photographs were recovered:-

Vishal S/o Baldev Singh R/o H No 1663, Prem Nagar, Village Kaul, Tehsil Dhand, District Kaithal (HR) Age 20 Years, 

Bindu S/o Late Shri Joginder Singh R/o H No 615, VPO & Tehsil Dhand, District Kaithal (HR) Age 35 years

Shokken Khan S/o Isabh Khan R/o Village Ranbir Bass, Tehsil Ragrah, District Alwar (Rajasthan) Age 20 Years

Irfan khan S/o Sahukar Khan R/o Village Kakrali, Tehsil & District Alwar (Rajasthan) Age 19 Years
